SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship via USPS and charge USPS rates according to your zip code. 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

If you aren't thrilled with your purchase, you can return your item(s) for an exchange or refund as long as the item is in "saleable condition.” This means that the item must be unused (aside from seeing how it looks on your car seat), unwashed, devoid of any stains, scuffs, tears, or mysterious smells, and returned with its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns. A receipt, packing slip, or anything referencing your order number will work. Clearance sale items are non-refundable.

If you're returning a water bottle, we need the box back, too. Please don't use the product box as the shipping box but instead wrap the product box in brown paper or put it in another box or envelope before adding a return label. Items received without proper packaging or not in "saleable condition" will result in the return being denied. You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.

Returns are processed within 5-7 business days following our receipt of your returned items. Once your return is inspected, we will email you concerning the status of the return (approved or denied). Returns are credited to the original method of payment or via a Run's Done eGift Card.

If you believe your item is defective or was damaged in shipping, please contact us by email (help@runsdone.com) or by phone (877-762-5001) for a return authorization and additional instructions.

We highly recommend you obtain tracking information for your return. Items eligible for return should be mailed to:

Please note we cannot process returns or exchanges on Run's Done items sold through Amazon, eBay, Google or other online retailers as we have no access to their order details.
